OneTouch Remote Tech Team – your ‘Virtual Concierge’

The OneTouch App is backed by a team of trained Technicians to provide support services. They provide a ‘Virtual Concierge’ service and can help with anything technical related to your App and compatible systems.

Services include:

  • Customise the pages within the App to suit your home or workplace.
  • Customise your selected features and services for your household, or for each family member
  • Add new features when equipment changes at home or work and making adjustments.
  • Selected systems are configured by the Remote Tech Team allowing you to control your TV system, lighting, electrical and more. This service can for example set up an account with Netflix for you and set up access to it from your smart TV, tablets, phones.
  • Processing changes to the layouts on your devices.
  • Assist with installing the App on all your devices.
  • Assist with ‘Where to buy’ the control, entertainment and security equipment.

Control pages can be structured by room or function. Web based info including system overview and help specific to the site can be easily included. For commercial uses the App can include booking systems, in room dining, etc. Contact us direct for pricing.

Within App Support

OneTouch App has context sensitive help, but it can also be customized with information relating to the particular location. In-app support includes FAQ’s, web, email and phone help-desk.
